Teacher has crucial role for generating briliant young generation. What they teach to children, teenagers, adults, or even senior citizen could be an advantage which carry on for their succesful. Not only teaching about theory at the class, sharing teacher's experience which they have been through might be an additional knowledge for knowing the real field.  Unfortunately, amount of people who decides to become teacher is decreasing time by time. There are some reasons why people nowadays does not want to be a teacher.

The inevitable crucial cause is earning. Many people avoid teacher role due to low salary gain. If it always happens, how could they survive to fulfill their fundamental needs? Another current issue is anxiety about abilities that they have. A mount of people sometimes underestimate themselves because they do not have an excellent communication or extraordinary intelligence which acquired to be a teacher. As concequences, young people give up to pursue their dreams, even they have passion on it, Not only skills, long working hour rumor which spread out rapidly becomes a significant impact to the inadequacy of young generation's reason for not being a teacher. In reality, there are still teenagers and adults who do not want to get a lot of stress by working too much.

To cope with these emergency issues, a lot of possible ways has been served as long as the cooperations from related parties are builded. For government, they could increase teacher's salary to attract and encourage young people's desires to be a teacher. If they get doubled high salary, they do not have to worry about their basic needs. Furthermore, workship, training, and insurance are necessary to be given by school and government because all elements do not supposed to neglect our priceless next generation producer.

In conclusion, in order to ensure these matters will not be repeated, it obtained cooperation and coordination not only by government, but also others institution and outslef for continuously implementation.
